Are you ready to explore tricks, combos, and spins, while deepening your sensual, embodied, intention-driven approach? This series invites you to continue to build your pole techniques while engaging the inner work that awakens your innate, authentic sensuous expression. Each week, we will play with foundational tricks, spins, and combos, continuously weaving them together like a spell into an enchanting sequence. 

This series also includes group discussion and weekly non-pole homework prompts designed to deepen your connection to your embodied movement journey. At the end of the four weeks, you'll have expanded your internal and external wisdom, made connections with other initiates, and feel more confident in your polecravt. 

Pole Initiates II is intended for those with beginner+ pole experience or those who would like to deepen their practice by coming home to the foundations.
