This series invites you to ascend and refine your pole technique through climbs and sits, all explored from a sensual, intention-led perspective. Each session builds upon the last, layering intermediate sits and climbing pathways that evolve week by week. As we progress, these elements are woven into a sultry, fluid sequence designed to draw you out of overthinking and back into embodied awareness.
This series also includes group discussion and weekly non-pole homework prompts designed to deepen your connection to your polecravt.
