During this 3-week experience led by movement magician Ever, we will learn spin pole foundations, techniques, and express our movement in a way that is authentically our own. Over the course of the series, we will cover spin momentum, basework, and both grounded and elevated spin techniques, with an optional climbs!
This series also includes group discussion and weekly non-pole homework prompts designed to deepen your connection to your movement journey. At the end of the 3 weeks, you'll have expanded both your internal and external wisdom, and developed your own expression of Spin Sorcery.
This series is limited to 7 clients and is intended for spinners who are comfortable in Spin Pole Initiates or Spin Pole Vixens (or have similar experience).
SERIES SCHEDULE:
✨Week One: Sunday, February 1st at 3:15 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
✨Week Two: Sunday, February 8th at 3:15 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
✨Week Three: Sunday, February 15th at 3:15 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

WHAT TO BRING:
✨Please bring your water, a journal, and a writing instrument.
WHAT TO WEAR:
✨Please no long socks or pants. Your legs will need to be exposed for proper pole grip.
✨Wear clothing that makes you feel playfully sensual and allows you to move freely, e.g. a sexy chemise, lace teddy, oversized tee and flannel, or a yoga top and shorts.
✨Heels are optional.
