In this 3-week Movement Alchemy series, Ever will help you elevate your floorwork skills as you learn intermediate/advanced techniques! We'll learn shoulder rolls and stands, balancing and thread-thrus (and more), building upon the week before as we weave the moves into a sultry choreographed routine.

 Dates: Fridays 11.7, 11.14, and 11.21 

Time: 6:15 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Covered feet and kneepads are required and are available for the purchase at the studio. Heels are optional!
